THE BRIEF

Emirates Development Bank needed a stand presence at MIITE 2026 that could do two things simultaneously: drive downloads of EDB 360,  their digital banking platform, and communicate the bank's scale, sector impact, and institutional milestones to a government and investor audience. My task was to develop the content strategy and narrative architecture across both activations, ensuring the gamified experience and the data-driven storytelling worked together as a single, coherent brand message. All content was bilingual (English/Arabic).

TWO ACTIVATIONS

01. EDB 360 Game

Interactive kiosk · Curved screen · Gamified lead capture

An endless-runner game on a curved kiosk screen — visitors collect EDB coins within a 30-second
countdown, competing on a live leaderboard. I developed the full content flow: three rotating idle taglines
with kinetic typography to attract passers-by, a frictionless registration step, the game interface, and a conversion close where visitors scan a QR to download EDB 360 and claim their giveaway.

Every path, win or replay, keeps the kiosk active.

Idle attract → Tap to start → Register → 30s gameplay → Score + leaderboard → QR → download → Giveaway

02. Twist and Halo

Sculptural LED display · 4 twisted pillars + circular halo · Data storytelling

A sculptural display with four twisted vertical LED panels, an inner centre section, and a circular halo on top. I developed the content architecture for a 9-hour continuous playback cycle — no static or repetitive moments. The Twist cycles through EDB's five priority sectors with themed visuals, then transitions into a "What We Made Possible" data sequence surfacing key milestones. The Halo runs EDB branding, MOUs, and live announcements synced to the event calendar throughout the day.

Sectors: Renewables · Food security · Healthcare · Manufacturing · Advanced technology
